Risk Model:

Firstcall Support Services approach to evaluating risk is to adopt a practical methodology that is based on the HSE model. We believe the easier and more relevant you make critical documentation, the greater acceptance and understanding by our staff and contractors. The approach is as follows:

• Step 1 Identification of potential and real hazards.
• Step 2 Identify who may be at risk.
• Step 3 Consider precautions already in place and determine whether further risk control is required.
• Step 4 Record findings, update information and procedures, train and make information available to staff.
• Step 5 Regularly review risk assessments, incidents, near misses and relevant information.
